History of MacLeods W.S. – Inverness Solicitors
Kenneth MacLeod began his own legal firm in 1981. He was later joined by a friend as a partner and later by yet another friend, both are now Sheriffs. The firm moved to 13 Lombard Street, in Inverness City Centre in 1993. The firm has been there since, handling all legal matters (excluding criminal court work). Kenneth was joined by Moray MacDonald in the late 1990s. James Stewart joined in 2013 and David Simpson in 2015.

Graduate of Aberdeen University. General Practitioner of Law, including Commercial and Maritime Law and is a Crofting Law Specialist.
James Stewart
Graduate of Edinburgh University. James specialises in Agricultural Law and is well respected in Scottish rural circles for his experience and expertise.
Moray MacDonald
Graduate of Glasgow University. Moray handles all types of Civil Court Work including Family Law, Divorce, Separation and all litigation.
David Simpson
Graduate of Edinburgh University. David is the most recent to join the team. David spent some years practising law in Hong Kong before returning to the Highlands. David mainly handles Domestic and Commercial Conveyancing transactions.
